Q: What sections do I absolutely need to fill in?
A: You need to complete the following sections to ensure there's enough information for exhibitors to assess your business: General, Legal, Capacity

Q: Can I fill this in at the expo?
A: Your time at the expo is limited and should be used to make connections, not filling out forms! Make sure you complete your company profile before you go to the event.
Q: How do I make a connection at the expo?
A: When you get to the expo, go to www.gotrestle.com and sign in to your account. Now you can use your camera to scan any exhibitor QR code and initiate a connection. That's it!
Q: How do I see all my connections and their contact information?
A: After the event, log in to your Trestle dashboard and all the connections you've made will be waiting for you there along with their contact information. This is best done on a laptop or desktop.
Q: I need help, can you help me?
A: If it's Trestle related, definitely! You can email support@gotrestle.com or use the "Help" button at the top right of your Trestle dashboard.
Q: Is this a prequalification?
A: No. This is not to prequalify you with the exhibitor but for you to share your business information and make a connection. You may receive additional insights on what the exhibitor is looking for through this process but it is not a prequalification process.
Q: Is it free?
A: Yes! Using Trestle at the expo to connect with exhibitors is completely free. There is a premium version of Trestle that comes with additional membership benefits, however it's not necessary for the expo.
