Victor spent 15 years working in the heavy civil construction industry, leading large estimating and procurement teams on landmark projects across the United States. He has bid over $14 billion dollars worth of projects and led the multinational estimating and procurement team to win the largest construction project in the history of Virginia, at a value of $3.8 billion dollars.
Recreational
Outside of Trestle, Victor is either playing volleyball, rebuilding his 2003 Evo 8, or combing through flight and travel forums for deals to random destinations.

Jason is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Trestle, where he focuses on user research and oversees product development. He has designed and developed countless web and application experiences for a variety of industries including gaming, fashion, pharmaceutical, and retail.

When Jason is not working with technology he can be found outdoors hanging around animals. “Animal training and software development are the same, in both cases you are implementing commands to achieve desired behaviors.”
